Infant School

The primary concern within the Infant School is to ensure that children begin school feeling safe, secure and happy in their surroundings. Only once this foundation has been established can children begin to learn, build relationships and take full advantage of the broad and rounded education QEGS has to offer.

The Infant team consists of extremely experienced, dedicated and caring staff who will ensure that children begin their school career in an environment positively charged with enthusiasm and excitement. Each child will be encouraged to acquire a wide range of skills, knowledge and understanding through which they will develop into individuals who are confident academically, socially, creatively and athletically.

In the Infants, children benefit from a carefully designed, broad and well balanced curriculum. Their environment will ensure that all our children develop a caring and responsible attitude to others, good manners and acceptable behaviour.
