The next Sixth Form Open Evening will be held on Tuesday 26 September between 5pm and 9pm 

Main School Open Day will be held on Saturday 7 October between 9.30am and 1.30pm

There is no need to book a place - just arrive on the day and allow enough time to look around!

Cover Supervisor for the Senior School
(Temporary post initially for one year, term-time only)
 
An enthusiastic and hardworking Cover Supervisor is required from September 2017 to join the dedicated team of staff at the Senior School, where the education, pastoral care and welfare of the pupils are paramount. The primary role of the successful candidate will be to cover classes in the absence of the regular teacher.  A teaching qualification is not essential and no specific academic qualifications are required.  However, an ability to facilitate high quality learning within the classroom is essential.  The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and demonstrate initiative, sensitivity and commitment to the role and the staff team.

The school is committed to safeguarding the welfare of our children and young people and the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS clearance.
Contract: Temporary, term-time
Hours: 08.30 to 16:00
Pay: full-time equivalent salary is £19,695, which will be reduced pro rata for part-time working.

 

 

Teaching Assistant Level 3 for KS2
(Temporary post initially for one year, two days per week)
 
An enthusiastic and hardworking Key Stage 2, Level 3 Teaching Assistant is required for two days a week from September 2017 to join the dedicated team who work with children in our thriving Primary School, where the education, pastoral care and welfare of the children are paramount. The role of the successful candidate will be to cover PPA, provide effective verbal and written feedback to pupils, contemporaneously assessing their attainment and progress throughout the academic year. They will work closely with the Form Teachers and other support staff. A flexible approach is required, with the aim of ensuring the pupils continue to make progress. Duties will also include break and lunchtime supervision and the preparation of classroom resources. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and demonstrate initiative, sensitivity and commitment to the role and the staff team.
