Casual Exam Invigilators

The Governors are seeking to appoint a number of flexible and professional Exam Invigilators on a casual basis. The main exam period is in the summer.
Working under the direction of the Examinations Officer you will be required to supervise pupils under examination condition ensuring at all times that the integrity of the examinations is not compromised.
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential. You must be able to work under pressure to strict timescales and deadlines and be able to remain focused at all times.
The ideal candidates will be available on all or most of the examination dates as per the attached examination timetable. The hours to be worked will be determined by the number of pupils sitting each exam, the number of examination rooms being used, the length of the exam including set up time and for the safe collection and transfer of completed papers to the Examinations Officer at the end of the exam.

Marketing & Admissions Assistant

The role of the Marketing and Admissions Assistant is vital in developing and maintaining relationships with our parents, being the first point of contact for families, dealing with essential administration throughout the admissions process, through to various marketing functions to support the whole School. Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, though consideration will be given to those applicants with experience in a customer-facing role.
The Marketing and Admissions Assistant will work under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Admissions.
This is a busy and varied role, which will require the successful candidate to have a meticulous eye for detail, alongside the ability to meet time-pressured deadlines and prioritise their workload. Strong administration and computer skills are essential (particularly Excel). In addition, you will have good organisational and communication skills, along with excellent MS Office skills and social media experience.
This role also includes the ability to provide basic first aid support within school, which may require the successful candidate to undergo relevant training.

Contract: Term-time plus 10 days
Hours: 30 hours per week (10.00 to 16.00 Monday to Friday)
Salary: £19,939 FTE per annum (£13,682 equivalent for 30 hours per week)
